Eye Makeup in Photoshop - photoshop tricks
Tut eye makeup the way, this is just tut and depending on the environment and objects that handle the committee opted for a more specific treatment.
The lasso is used its zoning eye, then Select> Feather Pixel size 5, then create a new layer and select the pink bowl mix Hue
Here the authors give the green. Then you draw 1 small selection of eyelid, Feather = 5 px, Dark blue bowl, mix select Darken
