I have one photo of one baby - but the color on baby's face are not, so I applied the following methods to regulate skin color for baby.

 





 1.) Open the baby out, then press L to use the Lasso tool, then draw one line that surrounds skin color you want to regulate.

2.) Go to Select> Feather. The value is 10

3.) Press Ctrl + C to copy the skin that surrounds you, then press Ctrl + V to paste the copied skin. Then the skin on layer 1 copy

4.) Right-click on the Background layer, then use the Lasso tool and draw up to gyrate skin color


 
5.) Press Ctrl + C then Ctrl + V to paste onto the skin layer 2. your mind set on the same layer 2


 
6.) Click on layer 2, then press Ctrl + G to group Layer 2 and Layer 1 back


 
7.) Press V to use the MOVE tool, then pull the skin on the skin layer 2 to layer 1


 
8.) Go to Edit> Transform> Flip Horizontal. to rotate the skin on the face to match the Layer 2
9.) Now you have to keep your skin stretched over layer 2 to layer 1 to cover it, then you will have a regular skin. Doing so by pressing Ctrl + T


 10.) Here is the result
