Dust processing on images with Photoshop Elements 4
Normally, when shooting in low light conditions or the use of digital cameras, the popular images we obtain results that could be "cleaner" more or less. Of course, we can not process images of "dust" but we can fully mitigate them. And Photoshop Elements 4 is a feature that helps us do this.
1. Run the program, open the image file is "dust" that you want to practice with this exercise. When you zoom in 100% or more, you will easily see his photos are "dust" like. However, if you see the image in small proportion, you will be very difficult to detect, but when printed out is certainly your figure will be "cleaner".
2. On the menu Filter> Noise> Reduce Noise. When the Reduce Noise dialog box appears, move the slider respectively Strength and Preserve Details Reduce Color Noise left or right to find the best results for each specific image. This is not difficult, because there was a preview to help you find the optimal value settings for each image.
3. To compare the present results with the original file before processing, you click and hold the mouse in the preview pane. One thing to note, if you too give priority to the elimination of "dust" of the image, it is likely that your image will be blurred due to loss of detail. In that case, you should increase the value Preserve Details. When you're satisfied with your results, click OK.
